Rafael Castellanos

Senior Development Associate

Rafael focuses on Titan’s portfolio of self-storage, retail, multifamily, and other investment opportunities across Colorado, Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico. His responsibilities include site selection, due diligence, underwriting, market feasibility analysis, and land development. Rafael is an active member of NAIOP New Mexico and serves on the PNM Business Customer Advisory Council. In September 2022, he was recognized as NAIOP New Mexico’s Developing Leader of the Year. In 2023, he was selected as a recipient of the NAIOP and Prologis Inclusion in CRE Scholarship. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of New Mexico.
