Titan Development is a privately held real estate investment and development firm with offices in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Austin, Texas. Titan’s portfolio spans industrial, multifamily, self-storage, hospitality, residential master-planned communities, mixed-use, retail, and senior living, offered through a private equity platform and select individual ventures. We strive to create relationships which build value for our investors, our partners, and the communities in which we develop.

25+ YEARS OF IMPACT

Founded in 1999 in New Mexico by Kevin Reid and Ben Spencer, Titan Development was established to provide a full range of real estate services tailored to client needs. Since then, we’ve expanded our developments into Texas, Arizona, Colorado, and Florida, with offices located in New Mexico and Texas.
