Kurt is a Partner of Titan Development and a Principal in Titan Fund Management specializing in real estate investment and development. With over 28 years of experience in several real estate asset classes, Kurt helps guide strategic planning, while fostering relationship building, networking, investor relations and the development process. Kurt serves on the Board of Directors for National NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association), and serves on the Board of Directors for the Kirtland Air Force Base Partnership, Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance and Ski New Mexico. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
