Ian Robertson

Director of Development

Ian Robertson joined Titan Development in 2017 and has grown into a role managing the full development lifecycle for the firm’s multifamily and hospitality projects from market analysis, site concept and design coordination, entitlements, financing, construction, and operations. His work bridges the technical and financial sides of development, collaborating with consultants and internal teams to advance projects from vision to reality.


Before joining Titan, Ian worked at two globally recognized architecture firms: Perkins Eastman and Rafael Viñoly Architects. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Texas School of Architecture, a Business Foundation Certificate from UT's McCombs School of Business through the Halliburton Business Foundations program and studied Fine Art at the prestigious California Institute of the Arts.


He serves as a Housing Commissioner for the Middle Rio Grande Housing Collaborative and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Apartment Association of New Mexico, and NAIOP New Mexico.
