George Carameros IV

Director of Acquisitions and Build-to-Suit

George leads acquisitions across Texas and the Southeast, focusing on expanding Titan Development's presence in existing markets and identifying new ones. He also oversees build-to-suit opportunities for Titan's Central Texas land holdings. His work emphasizes building long-term relationships with brokers, landowners, and tenants to drive Titan's continued expansion across the region.


Prior to joining Titan, George spent four years at JLL Capital Markets in Austin, where he was part of the Investment Sales & Advisory team focused on development sites throughout Central Texas. During that time, he was involved in transactions totaling more than $370 million. This experience provided a strong foundation in deal structuring, valuation, and market analysis, and continues to inform his approach to ground-up development.


A Houston native, George holds a dual degree in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University.


He is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he serves on a Local Member Council, NAIOP, and the Commercial Broker Association of Austin (CBA). George also serves on the leadership committee for Blood Cancer United (formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society).
