Bryan Byrd

Senior Development Manager

Bryan manages Titan's industrial program, guiding projects from acquisitions and financing through design, construction, leasing, and disposition. He has developed over 4 million square feet of distribution centers, high-tech manufacturing facilities, and logistics hubs spanning 18 projects creating a combined asset value exceeding $430 million.


Bryan currently serves as Chair of the Developing Leaders for NAIOP Austin Chapter, a commercial real estate development association. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Construction Science from Texas A&M.
