Brian Patterson, PE

Partner

Brian is a Partner at Titan Development, involved in residential subdivision land development, multifamily, and self-storage projects. His focus includes deal sourcing, project management, design coordination, entitlements, acquisitions, and dispositions. Brian brings more than 20 years of experience across multiple real estate asset classes and has overseen approximately $500 million in total development activity.


Brian is an active member of CREDA (Commercial Real Estate Development Association), the Lobo Club, and the PNM Business Customer Advisory Council, and serves on the Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) Advisory Committee. He previously served on the boards of NAIOP and AANM. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
