Robert (Bob) Kearney, a native of Philadelphia, Pa. served for nearly 26 years in the United States Army and reached rank of Command Sergeant Major and retired from active duty in 2003. He began his career in construction management at Fairbanks, AK. that spanned a period of 10 years. Following that as construction manager with Lend Lease in the Midwest states he performed the responsibilities as Construction Manager for both multifamily government housing, new construction, and renovations of the Army’s hotel portfolio properties that supported the Privatized Army Lodging (PAL) program. At Titan his responsibilities include working with numerous general contractors for new construction that included Senior Living projects throughout Florida, Multifamily project in The Villages, FL., and Multifamily projects in Albuquerque, NM, and Colorado Springs, CO.
