Liza serves as Property Manager at Titan Development, overseeing property operations with a focus on financial performance, operational efficiency, and resident experience. She brings more than 15 years of experience managing multifamily communities across Class A, conventional, and student housing assets. Liza holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Science from Texas A&M University.
