Erika is Controller of Titan Development and has been with the company since 2018. She is responsible for directing key financial aspects of Titan’s Multi-Family, Industrial and Fund properties. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and other aspects of accounting. Erika received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Northeastern Illinois University. She has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Mexico since 2020. Before joining Titan, she was Property Accountant for a Real Estate Developer in Chicago, Illinois working on Single-Family and Multi-Family projects, followed by owning her own accounting firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico for nearly 20 years.
