Chris Pacheco

CEO/Chief Legal Officer

Chris Pacheco is the CEO and Chief Legal Officer for Titan Development. Throughout his legal career and during his time with Titan, he has experience in structuring, negotiating, and consummating multi-million-dollar business and real estate transactions. Chris is currently on the Sandia Foundation Board of Directors and is Chair of the Sandia Foundation Real Estate Committee. He is past-President of the Rotary Club of Rio Rancho and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rio Rancho Rotary Foundation. He was previously Chair of the New Mexico Human Rights Commission and previously served on the Board of Directors for the University of New Mexico Medical Group. Chris obtained his BA from New Mexico Highlands University in 1993 and his JD from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1996.
