Ben is a Principal of Titan Fund Management, as well as a founding partner of Titan Development. With over 30 years of experience, Ben specializes in real estate development and investment with a focus on deal structure and financial analysis. He has experience in all facets of real estate development and was one of the Founders of New Mexico Bank & Trust. Previously, Ben worked in the Tax Division at Arthur Andersen & Co. and the Industrial Division at Trammell Crow. Ben earned his Bachelor of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University, and his Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
