Alicia serves as Director of Asset Management with experience in multifamily operations and systems optimization across U.S. markets. She focuses on enhancing operational performance and implementing scalable processes to support long-term asset value. Previously, Alicia served as Asset Manager for Systemized Asset Management and Leavenwealth Capital. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Education from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Indiana Wesleyan University.
