Téa joined Titan Development in 2022. Her role supports the development group’s portfolio of storage, retail, multifamily, and investment opportunities across various property sectors. She is a member of NAIOP New Mexico and involved in the Developing Leaders program. Prior to Titan, Téa worked as a market researcher and associate broker for Real Estate Advisors. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from the University of New Mexico. Téa also completed an internship at the Office of U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich in Washington, D.C in 2019.
