Kafilat is the Financial Analyst for Titan Development. Her responsibilities include financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, analyzing new investment opportunities for risk, and reporting. She determines if projects have adequately compensated for risks in their analyses and that investments are on track to achieve expected returns.

Kafilat previously worked as a Financial Risk Analyst for ARM Investment Managers, a private equity firm. She also worked as a Credit Analyst at Wells Fargo in California. She holds an M.S. in Management Sciences and Finance with Distinction from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Igbinedion University in Nigeria.
