Formed in 1999, Titan Development was founded as a full service development and investment company to provide ground up development within diversified asset classes across varied geographic markets.

Titan Development's multifamily portfolio includes Class A communities in several states, with completed and active projects in New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado.

SELF-STORAGE

Titan Development’s self-storage portfolio features modern facilities across the Southwest, including projects in New Mexico and Arizona.

HOSPITALITY

We develop hospitality assets including select-service hotels, boutique properties, and hospitality components within mixed-use projects, in collaboration with industry partners.

RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION LAND DEVELOPMENT 

Titan Development acquires and develops residential land for single-family home construction. Our work includes planning and preparing lots for sale to homebuilders.
