Designed by Legorreta, Zocalo features casita-style condominiums grouped around small plazas, or “zócalos,” creating distinct neighborhood clusters. The development offers a variety of floor plans to accommodate diverse lifestyles. Each design incorporates Legorreta’s signature use of color, light, and space to create open and inviting living areas.

Located on approximately 46.5 acres within the steep slopes of northwest Santa Fe, Zocalo will be completed in five phases, totaling 320 residences. In compliance with the City of Santa Fe’s inclusionary zoning policy, 11 percent of the units are designated for affordable and workforce housing.

The community includes a mix of full-time and part-time residents, including second homeowners, working professionals from Santa Fe and Los Alamos, and families.
