Titan Tramonto Self-Storage is a two-story, 103,000 square foot, climate-controlled self-storage facility located in the northern Phoenix market known as Tramonto. The site is close to several master planned communities as well as Tramonto Marketplace, a large commercial center. This area has experienced significant residential, office, and retail growth over the past twenty years and shows no signs of slowing. The project is a joint venture with WDP.
