The Highlands

Titan Development recently broke ground on the Highlands Central Market, a 14,900-square-foot food hall featuring local vendors, and the Marriott Residence Inn, a 126-room extended-stay hotel. A skybridge connects these developments to the nearby UNM Hospital, enhancing accessibility for guests and visitors.

These amenities surround a landscaped community plaza with art installations, fostering a vibrant, walkable environment.
