The concrete tilt up industrial shell buildings is Titan’s eighth building between the Northpark35 and Gateway35 developments. The building will feature 36’ clear heights, 4 drive-in ramps, 90 docks, 425 auto parking spaces, and 105 trailer parking spaces. Other amenities include: 60’ speed bay width, ESFR sprinkler system, and flexible footprints.
