Hutto Spec Building III
Innovation Business Park - Building 3 is a 151,335 SF speculative industrial building intended for light manufacturing or logistical use on approximately eight acres. An innovative, flexible plan will accommodate users in the 20,000 SF to 58,000 SF range.
This project is the result of an ongoing partnership with the City of Hutto and their pro-development leadership team who have committed to bringing new business to the area through an aggressive incentives package. The building is the third Titan Innovation Business Park project, part of a larger master plan for a new industrial hub near Austin.
Growth in e-commerce, corporate expansion of distribution spaces, and overall momentum in the nation’s supply chain have made the industrial market profitable. In addition, the Austin economy continued its strong performance to close out the 2nd quarter of 2019 with the fundamentals of population growth and job growth among the tops in the nation. Asking average rental rates continue to be at historic levels for the Austin Industrial market.
