Innovation Business Park – Building 2 is a 211,878-square-foot speculative industrial facility designed for light manufacturing and logistics, located on approximately eight acres in Hutto, Texas. The flexible layout accommodates tenants ranging from 25,000 to 212,000 square feet. This project is part of Titan’s ongoing partnership with the City of Hutto, whose pro-development leadership has supported the park through a robust incentives package.

As the second building in Titan Innovation Business Park, it contributes to a larger master plan aimed at establishing Hutto as a major industrial hub near Austin.
