This project marks the seventh partnership with Alliance Residential. Located within a City of Albuquerque Metropolitan Redevelopment Area (MRA), the site benefits from waived impact fees and eligibility for Metropolitan Redevelopment Bonds (MRBs), providing seven years of property tax abatement post-completion. These incentives enhance the project’s profitability.
