The HP Building is a three-story, 218,000-square-foot build-to-suit office development completed in 2009 as part of Rio Rancho City Center. Developed for Hewlett-Packard, the project was designed to accommodate a large corporate workforce and includes collaborative workspaces, conference facilities, training rooms, and employee amenities. The project reflects Titan Development's experience delivering large-scale office developments for corporate users.
