Gateway35 III plans to construct 420,470 SF across two buildings as a speculative industrial development on approximately 27.405 acres within Phase II of Gateway35 Industrial Park in Georgetown, Texas. The concrete tilt up industrial shell buildings will be Titan’s second and third buildings in Gateway35, and will feature 32’ clear heights and a total between both buildings of 4 drive-in ramps, 94 docks and 302 car parks. The project team took careful consideration in designing the building to ensure a design that is market standard and will attract the widest base of tenants in the Austin area market.
