Titan Development and Alliance Residential Company are co-developers for Broadstone Santa Monica, a 280 unit, Class A multifamily community located on 14 acres in the NE Heights of Albuquerque. Residents benefit from the proximity to I-25, the Journal Center Business Park as well as the high-end retail along Paseo Del Norte and Wyoming Boulevard. The project broke ground in June 2012 and construction was complete 17 months later in November 2013.

Broadstone Santa Monica features modern floor plans and an open kitchen design. Interior amenities include wood-vinyl plank flooring, nine-foot ceilings, full-size washer/dryers, over-sized closets, individually controlled air conditioning, rounded corners, and crown molding.
