Broadstone Promenade is a signature multi-family community developed by Titan Development in a joint venture with Alliance Residential. Located on 9.5 acres in the NE Heights of Albuquerque, the community delivers the perfect combination of modern apartment style and sophistication in a location central to the Northeast heights abundant amenities. Broadstone Promenade’s design is focused on the “promenade” of the community, connecting the amenities directly to a majority of the units. The beautifully landscaped promenade meanders by the pool, fitness center, cabanas, putting green, dog park, and theater offering a serene environment to escape the sounds of the city.

With the beautiful design and quality unseen on Albuquerque’s Eastside, Broadstone Promenade leased up faster than the pace projected and reached 100% occupancy two months faster than projected. Broadstone Promenade benefited from the lease up of Broadstone Santa Monica, as future residents offered many suggestions for improvement for the next project. One of the major successes of the project was the unique unit mix of 60 townhome units, as suggested by the future residents, with a mix of 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms with one and two cars, direct-access garages, 12 carriage units of 1 bedroom and garage, and 108 units of three story stacked flat units with detached garages. The townhome units proved to be very popular, and offered a different, more private living experience than typical apartments. Also, added to the project was gas appliances and optional granite countertops.
