Titan Development and Alliance Residential Company are co-developing Broadstone Cottonwood a 254 unit, Class A multifamily community located on 13 acres in NW Albuquerque. Residents will benefit from the proximity to Cottonwood mall and a wide range of retail shops and restaurants. The project broke ground in October 2013 with residents occupying units scheduled to occur in fall 2014.
