California company to bring manufacturing facility, 80 jobs to Hutto

A manufacturing facility planned for Hutto is expected to bring more than 80 new jobs to the area over the next three years. Kval Inc., a California-based manufacturer of door machinery for the residential, architectural and commercial markets, is partnering with New Mexico-based Titan Development to make its first expansion outside of California since its 1947 founding.

Titan Starts Construction of 158-Unit Allaso Journal Center Multifamily Project in Albuquerque

Titan Development has broken ground on Allaso Journal Center, a 175,000-square-foot apartment community within Albuquerque’s Journal Center district. Situated on 3.9 acres, the four-story Allaso Journal Center will feature 158 market-rate apartments and resort-style amenities, including a pool, spa, cabanas, barbecue grills and gathering spaces.

The first-ever Ronald McDonald House designed and built for a hotel has officially opened at the Marriott Springhill Suites at The Highlands, adjacent to Presbyterian Hospital in downtown Albuquerque. Ronald McDonald House Charities of New Mexico (RMHC-NM) and Titan Development are celebrating the new Ronald McDonald Highlands House which occupies the hotel’s entire third floor.
