Construction begins on sky bridge in Downtown Albuquerque, Bosque Brewing opens in Santa Fe

The next phase of an ambitious master plan is underway in east Downtown Albuquerque.
Titan Development announced that construction will begin this week on a 280-foot, 100-ton pedestrian sky bridge that connects Presbyterian Hospital and the newly opened SpringHill Suites by Marriott.
Newest Marriott Hotel now open at The Highlands in Albuquerque

The hotel is part of The Highlands mixed-use development that will feature an artisanal food hall, retail businesses and restaurants. Steve Maestas, of Maestas Development Group, commented, "This project is an important asset to The Highlands development. It will serve as a much-needed hotel directly servicing the University, Presbyterian Hospital, and Nob Hill. The project is part of the ongoing efforts to revitalize the Route 66 corridor and provides lifestyle and recreational options that match people's changing lifestyle needs."
SpringHill Suites Albuquerque University Area, New Mexico Opens

InterMountain Management, Titan Development and Maestas Development Group are proud to announce the opening of SpringHill Suites by Marriott Albuquerque University Area located at 1101 Central Avenue NE, Albuquerque, NM, 87106. The 118 all-suite hotel is located five miles from Albuquerque International Sunport and just a few minutes from downtown Albuquerque. The hotel offers guests convenient access to the University of New Mexico, Nob Hill, Old Town, The Pit Arena, Expo New Mexico and will be connected by a skybridge to Presbyterian Hospital across the street.
Highlands apartment complex breaks ground

Another phase for a major Central Avenue master plan has broken ground. Highlands North, a 4-story, 92-unit apartment complex broke ground Thursday. The project is one part of a larger 12-acre redevelopment project called The Highlands, located near Presbyterian Hospital.
New Marriott in ABQ to include Ronald McDonald House

A new Marriott hotel being built across the street from the main Presbyterian Hospital will feature something no other newly built hotel has ever contained – a Ronald McDonald House, which provides a home-like setting for families of children who are receiving medical care requiring that they remain close to the hospital.

A new Ronald McDonald House will take over the entire third floor of a new Marriott hotel, which broke ground Monday. It is across the street from Presbyterian Hospital. The floor will have 20 family suites, a kitchen, laundry room, play area, tech nooks, a library and more. It will be open to the families of children who are receiving treatment at any area hospitals.
