The Ronald McDonald House of New Mexico is opening a new location, the first-of-its-kind in the country.

Just 30 minutes northeast of Austin, Hutto, one of the fastest growing cities in Texas, is welcoming a tech company that’s doubling the size of its workforce over the next five years.

After a year of renovations, the Journal Center Courtyard Marriott is showing off its multimillion-dollar new look.

An Austin tech company has agreed with the city of Hutto and Titan Development to invest more than $4 million in a new 30,000-square-foot building at Innovation Business Park, according to a city of Hutto news release.

The Business Journal has identified the 10 largest commercial real estate transactions of 2018 in the San Antonio area.

Titan Development and Civitas Senior Living have opened a new assisted living and memory care community in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The company’s plans call for the addition of 102 market-rate apartments, adding to the Midtown/University submarket’s existing supply of 3,700 units.

The newly planned industrial park just north of the growing I-35 corridor will accommodate buildings of more than 1 million square feet with space for up to 4.5 million square feet.

“A manufacturing job is a base economic job,” said Kevin Reid, chairman of Titan Development, to Hutto City Council in August. “For every one of those jobs, historically, two or three more jobs are created.”

Titan Development Hutto have reached an agreement with Paradigm Metals Inc. to relocate its headquarters to a 100,000-square-foot building planned at the Innovation Business Park, just east of the State Highway 130 toll road on the edge of the Williamson County town.
