Titan acquired this land through Hutto’s Economic Development Corporation. Based on Titan’s track record and longstanding relationship with the City of Hutto, Titan was able to learn about the opportunity and move quickly to acquire this highly desirable tract of land. Following similar development principles that have led to tremendous results in Innovation Business Park, the Titan team believes they are well-equipped to build on their experience in Hutto and continue developing industrial campuses for companies in the high-tech manufacturing sector.
