Gateway35 is a 113.13-acre industrial development in booming Georgetown, Texas, developed by Titan. This two phase project was developed allowing for a variety of different uses and building types, casting a wide net to accommodate many end-users. The location at the intersection of I-35 and SH-130 along the northern point of the Austin MSA made it an ideal location for distribution and manufacturing companies alike. Shortly after closing on the land, Titan worked with Amazon to accommodate a location for the company that will serve as a future fulfillment center for the region.
