John serves at the Asset Manager for Titan Development Real Estate Fund II. John's focus is maximizing the value of fund investments by tracking key metrics, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projections are in line with current performance.
Prior to his position at Titan, John worked for UBS as an Asset Management Analyst for a portfolio of 24 assets totaling 1,600 multifamily units, 830K SF of office space, 1.4M SF of industrial space, and 433 acres of vacant land intended for industrial development. John received his BS in Civil Engineering from Rice University.
