Aarya joined Titan in 2022 as a Development intern. He supports both the legal and development team with underwritings for prospective projects, reviewing title commitments, due diligence reports, and revenue reports for hospitality developments. Aarya is currently enrolled at the University of New Mexico where he is working toward his Business Administration degree with a concentration in General Management and minor in Economics.
