Titan offers leased space, build-to-suit facilities and builder-ready sites for clients interested in locating throughout New Mexico. Titan offers special financing options for our build-to-suit clients, including a lease with an option to buy, as well as assistance with Industrial Revenue Bond and other state and municipal incentives financing. Our experienced design/build team is committed to being on time and on budget, guiding clients through site selection, financing, design, construction and occupancy. The partners of Titan have a long and successful history of working together. Ben Spencer is the owner of Argus Development Company, a developer of retail and residential real estate in New Mexico. Kevin L. Reid is a co-owner of Reid & Associates, LLC., New Mexico's leading design/build construction company.

In 1999, Ben and Kevin formed Titan Development. Titan’s objective is to provide a full range of real estate services for its clients real estate needs in New Mexico. These services include raw and developed land acquisitions, full entitlement processes and implementation, fee development, design/build leaseback as well as joint ventures, opportunistic acquisition, all designed to build material value for its clients.

The Titan team, has a wealth of experience in both land and infrastructure development, and strong credentials in build-to-suit development. Titan utilizes the expertise of one of its strategic partners, Reid & Associates, LLC as a design/build partner. Reid & Associates has been building industrial, mixed-use, manufacturing, telecommunications and retail projects in New Mexico for the past 16 years. They have built over 3.5 million square feet in New Mexico and Texas.
